Making choices was difficult especially this crucial period of time. But finally I have decided that Poly would be a better choice than JC. I chose Digital Media Design as my first choice which focuses on animation. Some people may say I am silly. My L1R5 so good yet still want to go Poly. But let me tell you, there are several reasons why people choose Poly and JC.
Some choose JC is because they got no idea which courses to choose. They still have no ideas what they want to do in future. They just want to use these 4 years of their life to think for their future. 2 years in JC and 2 years in NS to ponder on.
Some choose JC is because they believe it's an easiest route to University. All they need is to pass all their subjects especially their General Paper.
Some choose JC because they believed JC students are smarter than Poly Students and ITE students. Usually these people are very arrogant, thinking that they are clever than the rest.
Some choose JC is because they hate doing project works in Poly. They prefer studying books, revising and memorising stuffs. Usually these people are hardworking and smarter.
Some choose Poly is because they have fixed their mind. They know what they want to go in their future. They have already planned what they wanted to do. These people believe that they can go overseas University to further their studies. Usually these type of people have good grades for their 'O' Level. That's why they planned ahead of the others.
Some choose Poly is because they got no other choices due to their poor 'O' Level result. They just go whichever route that they can go.
Some choose Poly is because they just want to try out for a new course, trying to get the feel of it. These are people who got nothing better to do but to try this silly thing.
Some choose Poly because they dislike the GP in JC life. They don't like to study, they prefer practical works than theory.
Some choose Poly because they believed their life would be easy since they seldom have examination.
So after looking at these. What do you think I am.
